Our team is made up of a network of cultural change leaders, who were brought together by their shared values of wanting to bring about meaningful and sustainable cultural change. Our collective strength lies in our individuality.

We are supported by a multi-disciplined and diverse programme delivery team from a wide range of professionalisms such as law, communications, data analytics, education and academia.

Nadia and Donna founded Joshua Designs out of a desire to remove barriers for organisations that wanted to make meaningful cultural changes, but may be restricted by their budgets.

The fractional approach enables us to bring the best minds across different fields to organisations who can learn from them and embed sustainable practices into their operations.

Our fully remote operating model helps us to attract and retain great talent while keeping our costs to a minimum.
